It would be a mistake
to unlock all the riddles.
When the angel visits
it’s perfectly reasonable
to be afraid. It’s OK–
you’re allowed to have
someone accompany you
on your own, personal labyrinth.
One day you will open
your bedroom door
and there will be an oak tree
in the middle of a garden,
and flowers will grow
from your every, open wound.
