Maybe another half-eaten deer leg<br \/>\non the ground by the edge of the cornfield. Maybe<br \/>\nanother woodchuck waddling back into the underbrush<br \/>\nwith its mouth full of clover. Maybe I\u2019ll see<br \/>\nthe baby Eastern Cottontails nibbling the morning grass.<br \/>\nMaybe I\u2019ll notice the wine berries again, and the dew<br \/>\non the slender, fuzzy cornstalks. Maybe I\u2019ll remember<br \/>\nhow alive I am, and how grateful.
