You know something.<\/p>\n
When everyone rises<\/p>\n
From the dead on the first day,<\/p>\n
And the dancing starts–<\/p>\n
Even as bones are rejoining<\/p>\n
With golden bands and golden thread,<\/p>\n
The earth will sigh<\/p>\n
The deepest sigh\u2014<\/p>\n
A sigh like the dawning sun<\/p>\n
On a shimmering sea,<\/p>\n
And she will weep for all<\/p>\n
She gave birth to, for all<\/p>\n
She cradled in their death,<\/p>\n
For all, who, upon hearing<\/p>\n
Mercy\u2019s music, will reassemble<\/p>\n
In shifts of light—whirling<\/p>\n
Dervishes in a New Jerusalem,<\/p>\n
Little galaxies of arms opening<\/p>\n
To possibilities—the forgiving ones,<\/p>\n
One and all, forgiven<\/p>\n
In the dance of deepest sighs.<\/p>\n
