I originally
\nwrote this for my first graders but it can easily be applied to any age
\nchildren\u2014even grown-ups.  It was
\noriginally written as a song, which you\u2019ll see (hear) in a minute.  I am presenting the visualization here as if you
\nare going to do it.  That way, you can
\nget to know it before you share it with any children in your care.  Once you have learned it and want to share it
\nwith say, children aged 5-7, you can dovetail it with a little arithmetic study
\nand look at the number 5 as a living thing\u2014it\u2019s a star (pentagon), <\/font><\/p>\n

and it lives
\nin the center of an apple cut in half width-wise, <\/font><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

and in the form of a human
\nbeing with their arms and legs outstretched.<\/o:p><\/font><\/p>\n

That said,
\nthe visualization is short yet profound, especially for those children already
\ncarrying the idea that they aren\u2019t good enough, or that they\u2019re bad, stupid, or
\ndumb.  This little visualization, when done
\nregularly, will help such children (and all children) touch their innate
\ngoodness and light.<\/o:p><\/font><\/p>\n

You can do
\nthis visualization anywhere and anytime you need to feel yourself filled with
\nLight. <\/font>J<\/font><\/o:p><\/font><\/p>\n

OK, let\u2019s
\nget started.<\/o:p><\/font><\/p>\n

Watch this
\nvideo beginning at 4:13 so you can learn the song.  <\/font>Let yourself sing it and freely move the gestures
\n(or make up your own).<\/font>  <\/font>Young children
\nespecially learn with their whole body, so definitely encourage them to do the
\ngestures, and you can do that best by doing the gestures first and then with
\nthe children.<\/font><\/p>\n
