We are all <\/span>Lightworkers<\/span><\/a><\/span>. With every breath, <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

with every act and thought of love,<\/o:p><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

we have worked with the medium of
\nLight.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

Walk through your doubts while breathing
\nin Light, and as the Light fills you,<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

illuminating your mind, <\/span>breathe<\/span><\/a><\/span> out the doubts.<\/span><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n


<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

In addition to exhaling anything
\nyou want to let go of, try exhaling<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

as a way of sharing your love, <\/span>creativity<\/span><\/a><\/span>, and <\/span><\/span>forgiveness<\/span><\/a><\/span>.<\/span><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

Breathe with your whole body, and
\nbreathe in more than just oxygen<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

–breathe in love, beauty,
\ncreativity, forgiveness, the sky.<\/span><\/o:p><\/p>\n


<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

Being able to be the still point
\nin the <\/span>storm<\/span><\/a><\/span>, the hub of the wheel,<\/o:p><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

has more to do with how one
\nbreathes than anything else.<\/span><\/o:p><\/p>\n

<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

Create yourself a wonderful day
\nand share it with others as you go along.<\/span><\/o:p><\/p>\n

<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

Just as we create dreams from our
\nminds when we sleep,<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

so too do we create our lives
\nwhile we’re awake.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

Think positive thoughts.<\/span><\/o:p><\/p>\n

 <\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

When I asked for news from my
\nfirst graders, one of them said: <\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

“My rose tree is
\nblooming.”<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

Just as the darkness gives way to
\nbirdsong, so too your sorrow will give way to joy <\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

as you awaken to the blessings
\naround and within you.<\/span><\/o:p><\/p>\n

<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

Be like the dawn and lift the veil
\nof darkness. <\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

With every breath and every
\nmovement towards your desires, <\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\n

it lifts, revealing more Light.<\/span><\/o:p><\/p>\n
